"We got the chicken carbornara and Turkish Delight. The pasta was good but i feel the mushroom in the pasta was the highlight of the dish!!! Could have given more mushroom. Turkish Delight was nice but not wow, abit too oily. Coffee was very good! Nice atmosphere."

"Plan B Restaurant | Ipoh Plan B in Ipoh is honestly such a vibe . The moment you walk in, you’ll notice how aesthetic the place is — modern and stylish interiors blending so well with the classic charm of its surroundings . Definitely a spot where you’d want to sit, chill and snap a few photos . Food-wise, I was pleasantly surprised! Everything tasted really good — flavourful, filling, and satisfying . Even when I was already full, I still kept eating because it was that delicious haha. Their drinks were refreshing too , just right for a hot day in Ipoh. One little note to the management : it would be nice if the menu given to customers matched the right time slots. I got the lunch menu even though it was still breakfast, so maybe it’s better to use the app/digital menu instead since breakfast and lunch options are different. Not a huge issue though — just remember that if you want the full menu, come after 11AM onwards . The overall experience here was super comfortable . Plan B is the kind of place you’d go to if you want to eat in a relaxed and cozy environment — whether with friends, family, or even solo. Service deserves a big thumbs up . The staff are friendly, attentive, and quick to clear your table once you’re done eating (except your drinks), so you can still sit around and enjoy your time comfortably. All in all, Plan B Ipoh isn’t just about food, it’s about the whole atmosphere too . Great food, cozy vibes, and lovely service — definitely worth a visit when you’re in Ipoh!"

"The menu is quite nice, big choice of snacks bite western style, pasta styled menu and of course Malaysian dishes. Food was really good and tasty, the atmosphere is great. Definitely worth to stop by!"

"Went here on a weekend, Saturday night. However, not many tables were occupied. Were so lucky to got a table indoor. The servers were all friendly & polite to us. The place looks beautiful, aesthetically pleasing to the eyes. There are also table outdoors near the tree. The menu was on this big piece of hard paper, with both sides written on. They have a quiet lot of menus, but there are also foods that you can only order at certain time i.e. breakfast foods (can only order in morning to lunch time). We decided to try Buttermilk Chicken Carbonara & Crispy Soft Shell Crab Pasta. We also ordered Watermelon Lychee Frosty & a latte. Food tasted okay, the carbonara was bomb. But the soft shell crab pasta was not for me. I expected it to be different (like with tomato paste like an arrabiata) and when it arrived I almost mistook it for some kind of mee char kuetiau? Tastewise, I don’t really like it as the soft shell crab on top was deep fried with eggs & it almost feeling like you literally ate deep fried eggs instead of a crab. Still a restaurant worth to try, though the price is a bit on the higher end. Will try again for other menus if I’m in Ipoh sometime later."

"A great find in Ipoh on my way to up north. Cool name with very spacious interior. Many varieties of seating arrangements are there. Simplistic design with glass and iron frames. Great service. Very hospitable. Had breakfast here. Fantastic taste. Slightly on the pricy side but once in a while its worth it. Vegetarian options are there but not without eggs. So its not going to be a great option for veges. Parking might be a challenge however there is a paid guarded parking area nearby. Payment can be made by QR, Card or cash."

"Tried this place & honestly the food looks as good as it tastes. The pasta was rich & full of cheesy taste, quite jelak, but the tomato sauce coated the pasta really well The fries came loaded with crispy popcorn chicken & chilli sauce. The ambience was cozy and nicely done, a comfortable spot to chill or catch up with friends. Pricewise, it’s pretty much what you’d expect from a highend cafe but the portions & quality make it worth it. It has good spots for OOTD tooooo"

"Love the hot choc and mini gingerbread cookies. I ate some rigatoni. Not my favourite. The ambience is nice, the waiters service is good. A bit on the pricier side."
